Rude staff, extremely bad treatment for kids, not friendly attitude toward kids.

Since one of the Dentists left I have no end of cancellations - and this is not great when you work an hour away and take time off to attend...Also tried calling and after waiting in queue (usual "you are number...") I made it to one and then got told the call can't be taken at the moment then cut me off!Trying to get a decent dentist at this place is appalling... not the receptionists fault at all - they are genuinely great... but the whole system is a complete disaster and needs sorting out as soon as possible.Come on people... sort it out!
I am not happy the way i was treated today, I booked my son two times, they cancelled my son's appointment without notice, first one i have not recieved any notice or call they just said it was not in their system so i just ignore it, I said okay everyone makes mistakes. Second time today April 13, they said he is not in the system again I have a copy of the appointment with me, they said we sent a cancellation notice few days ago, I said i did not recieve any. They said they might sent at the wrong address, why did they not call me to confirm or at least send me an email. I took off my son from school, paid taxi to go there. Even though I was furious i tried to calm my self. This lady at the reception was so rude says they are not the one who cancells appointment its the dentist. Well! who ever cancelled the appointment two times do you think its fair to cancel 7 years old boy without notice? He missed the school.To the staff or to the dentist who cancelled my sons appointment please be fair because if you are in my shoes you will feel the same. I hope what happen to me and my son today wont happen again.
I just had my second appointment with my new doctor Ecaterina Pustea so pleased of her work and she is very aware of the hygiene standard as well .She is very professional and very "easy hand" .I hope she will stay for a long time in "My dentist ".Thank you doctor for taking care of me i was close to loose my hope after my previous doctor experience just shocking !
