Excellent surgery. have always found staff, doctors and nurses very helpful. yes they are busy but will always see if you have an emergency. I think all surgeries are getting too busy but it is not the fault of the staff that work there. Keep up the good work.
Went for blood test on Friday second in cue receptionist ask me what was wrong with me and when I replied I wasn't prepared to discuss it with her in front of other patients she insistent that she needed to know, then told me to take a seat, I was 2nd in the cue but somehow 4 people had their bloods done before me at which time I walked out, livid this young lady needs to be told what she is employed to do which isn't discussing patients details in front of other patients, I'm not the first to be upset by this receptionist but been toldoing that writing a letter to complain dosnt work so I hope this gets through to surgery manager or senior doctor, I never have any such problems at glan clwyd hospital as staff there are wonderful
