Okay but didn't have what we needed
Arrived at 4 minutes to 6pm thinking they were open until 6.30pm. (The Medical Centre have a 6.30pm close time on their web site and I foolishly thought the chemist was the same) The staff were quite 'short' with me and not a smile in sight. There were 4 or 5 of them obviously very eager to get through the door and no customer was going to get in their way. None of the 'Caring for you' as advertised on their bags!! Having been an employee in that situation many a time I know it is still very easy to be friendly but quietly firm when guiding someone to the exit. This pharmacy is totally new to me so 1st impressions are varied as of now. Nice to know they are usually friendly judging by one of the other reviews.
I love going to Swetenhams. The staff are so warm and friendly, they greet me by name and will really 'push the boat out' to help in any way they can. It is always clean and tidy and very well stocked.
Waiting endlessly for them to answer the one phone they seem to have. Easier to walk the 2 miles to them in person!
