Shocking! Very rude and unprofessional. (Pat) in particular is very unsociable and made some horrible remarks to young children. When asked to speak to a manager about a complaint we was told that we couldn't speak to a managerial and and that they don't have a complaints department because they don't think people would complain. The trust is a shambles and myself and children will not be visiting the trust again. Shame as my children are very much into wildlife and would of loved the experience if it was welcoming. Thank you
My youngest had adopted Woody so we went over night to visit him. The staff were lovely and we spent a good half hour outside with the men who brought Woody out for us. Many more animals to see as well. Highly recommended.
Brilliant they don't charge and they release the birds back into the wild .. there's llamas, pigs, goats, chicken, ponies reindeer as well
Had a great day with my girlfriend and 2 year old daughter... an amazing variety of owls and other animals to see. The food and service where both excellent too with a good choice for kids!! Already planning our next visit!!
