Took my campervan to finally sort out the rust around a side fixed window, was given a quote and booked it in. They sent me the pictures to show the damage and the repairs. Picked it up today and not only had they made it like new on the repair (and would have been happy with that) but I now had polished bodywork (all over) shiny bumpers, tyres and wheels, outside and inside cleaned windows, full polished up cockpit Inc floor and dash, and all the trim Inc mirrors had now been polished! Was not expecting that and all came in the price quoted.
Can highly recommend this garage. I received an immediate competitive quote by Hefin who was very helpful explaining what needed doing and my car was repaired within a week. First class service and repair plus unexpected valet, my car looked brand new. I was even given a courtesy car free of charge for the 2 days my car was in the garage
Actually have a long history with Hefin Jones VBR from the time it was based in Penmaenmawr. When in Pen found the service received was second to none. Super work carried out at very reasonable rates that kept my cherished Rover on the road in as new condition. Things seemed to change however after the move to Llandudno. On the one and only occasion work was carried out in Llandudno it was ok but I wouldn't say as prestine as it had been done in Pen yet it took an awfully long time. Subsequently the Rover was booked in for another appointment and it was arranged that I would be supplied a courtesy car on leaving the Rover. However on the arranged morning I received a call to say the courtesy car had not been returned and the work could not go ahead therefore as planned. It was agreed therefore that I would be telephoned as soon as the car became available with the expectation that it would be later that day or soon after. In the event I never received that telephone call however, and could well be still waiting today but a few months later sold the car as it was in px to CG Trading getting a surprisingly good price against a Jaguar. So unable to give up to date comment as the required work never took place. Historically though would have no hesitation in highly recommending as great work was done in the past.
Third party hit my Freelander, admitted liability,took it to Hefin Jones for a quote,agreed with the quote and was quoted four days to repair, picked it up four days later fantastic repair even valeted the inside.highly recommended.
