I called twice, did not get a call back, and then when I pushed, I was told that because they were so busy they did not want to look at my car. They advertise themselves as an automatic specialist, however I guess that they can pick and choose the cars that they see. Not a great reputation to have to "pick and choose the jobs with the highest amount of profit". I won't be contacting them again for any of my other cars or needs.
