Returned a faulty xbox after being told they will exchange it over the phone. Get to the store spent an hour with them going threw customer service even tho I just did this at home for them to say all they can do is give me my money back and I have to pay extra cause they don't stock the product I bought from them 10 days ago. Am I right in saying I shouldn't have to pay extra for a faulty product that I wanted exchanged?
Called in at Argos to return a faulty item with the 3 year Argos insurance. Encountered friendly and helpful assistants who went out of their way to make things simple and efficient. Supplied me with a lovely alternative and all the time made me feel welcome and important. Such kindness was so uplifting and I left the store glowing and so happy. Highly recommend the store and the Argos item insurance.
Bloody hell, me and my friend adore how when we order our item from Argos we get to watch it slide down the conveyor before it becomes ready for collection. The nostalgia and feeling of pure joy induced by that belt is just phenomenal.Staff are so polite in Argos and the amount of items available for purchase is unimaginable and my dream job is to work as one of the lads up top who gets to place the items on the conveyor - they must get soo much job satisfaction when they see the smiling faces caused by their actions.However, I was forced to remove a star due to the replacement of my all-time favourite machine - the Argos Stock Checker. The machine was an absolute beast, and although the new touchscreens do the job, the Stock Checker was the absolute pinnacle in Argos technology.
