Staff very friendly and helpful food good down stairs and nice cafe upstairs.
Visited as a tourist.Food area was relatively small but sufficient and had most items including readily available special occasion cakes.
Staff are always helpful, does cater for the older customer, so can be a pain dodging people who stop suddenly or who stand round chatting. Best to get here early. Quality is great.
I would just like to.give praise to a really lovely and helpful young man called William who gave us such fantastic customer service today nothing was too much trouble he is certainly an asset to Marks and Spencer and should be commended
Typical M&S food department. Didn't go into the department store itself. A bit mad the day after boxing day but staff very pleasant and storr well stocked.
