Yesterday I had my hernia operation carried out here. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff involved. Especially nurses Sandra and Jill on Maesdu Ward who were brilliant. The level of care was second to none. I can't thank you enough. you are all a real credit to the NHS.
My Mum Joan Pennington passed away this Morning...I can not thank the Staff enough...all the Sisters on Morfa Ward were amazing...most of the Nurses were too...a special mention to Denise...a true credit to the Department....also...Claire, Colin and Phil...but most of all to Nan..the ANP on duty last night....I can not thank her enough for her support, compassion and kindness...I was truly blessed to have her company at our time of need. Thank you all so very much...Sandra Pennington.
I came to A&E because I broke my leg at the Great Orme. Sue & Kim were very helpful and did all the right things to look after me and were very professional. I am very grateful.
I had a minor injury were I fell and needed stitches in my knee. The staff were so lovely to me and made me feel comfortable. I had 6 stitches which were done with care and accuracy. The aftercare was thorough too
Nasty fall in the street, hit my head,,knee and shoulder..Received excellent attention from all the staff,reception,nurses,x ray dept and especially ENP. Jackie.. How they work under such constant pressure beats me, Very well done all of you
