We visited this & was pleasantly surprised only small but very informative & interesting reasonable entry price & well worth it
Bit hard to find as the official council signs say "war museum" not home front experience. The museum itself is privately owned and the entrance fee is nominal. Excellent displays that recounts life at come in Britain. We had a discussion with the man that owns the museum and he told us that it took him years to collect and collate all the items on display. This museum is well worth a visit and you can typically spend 90-120 minutes here easily.
A small but comprehensive and well presented selection of world war 2 items including clothing, food, toys, weapons and more with several unique pieces. Very useful research trip for my daughter who was working on a WWII project at school.
Excellent museum ,if you haven't been it is a must while you stay in Llandudno , bring back memories of Great Grandparents ,Grandparents ,Parents , even you may remember ,some of what you see , Children will enjoy the history they will discover , of days gone by .
Small but perfectly formed!! Interesting look a local wartime history. Local owners not another council run museum. Great stuff
