Not bad for a 2hr wait.theres coffee and water which takes my boredom away.some newspapers there too.
Called multiple times to bring BMW to them under warranty. every time connect to service desk on hold for ages, end up hanging up. After a few days of this i called reception/sales (un surprisingly picked up instantly) said they would put me through to service and there was someone available, the line then cut off, so I called back after being put through again it went to hold. Reception guy took my number and said he would email service.Just not good enough when you have purchased a car especially for the BMW used approved warranty, then you cant even book it in. Luckily its not something serious so can wait/try another dealership (which is literally and hour further away)
I have sent an email with my complaint but never heard back. Is anyone even looking into this and will get back to me ?

Be diligent or they will try and RIP YOU OFF!!! Booked a service on the website and requested 'Collect and Deliver'. Had no phone call, and no one showed, so called only to be told they'd actually stopped doing a 'Collect and Deliver' service 6 weeks ago, and that I should have been called. Re-booked the service, through the website, and when I dropped the car off I was told it was a "big service", and would be pricey. I replied that I knew, and it would be circa 350, only to be told no, it was much more, and that it would be "just under 530"!!!! So I double checked the website and lo and behold the price was 345, with a mandatory 19 on top for the ECU to be read, so 364 in total. I informed the service rep of this and I got a sheepish look, a couple of um's and er's, and then was quoted a new price of 408!! I asked why this was, and was told that they would "match" the web price, but a 43 Vehicle inspection was also due, this was not made clear on the website. Overall, I'm disgusted, not only did they renege on an advertised 'Collect and Deliver' service, without the courtesy of contacting me, they attempted to charge much more than was quoted on-line for the same service, and added on hidden extras!!! Won't be using again.
