Excellent knowledge of Jaguar cars. Helpful, friendly service. Recommended. Had occasion to visit again on 24.7.18 with a non functioning item on my beloved X Type. Left it there for a couple of hours over lunch time and on return job was done. No dramas, and I noticed that they had even fixed more securely and with better visualisation a cherished photo below the digital screen. This photo had survived being blown out of my previous car (Rover 620 SLI Auto) in a storm only to be found nearby the next day in relatively undamaged condition. So I was very grateful for this voluntary attention to this detail, thank you very much! While waiting for the car to be released and being presented with the bill was able to make use of the toilet facilities and the very comfortable seating in the waiting room. The upholstery looked very similar to that in my jag, so I felt very much at home. The only thing missing was an after lunch coffee! Paid with a card and when I saw my card statement noticed someone had written North Whales Jag Centre. Something very fishy there! So in summary, job swiftly and efficiency done and even above and beyond the call of duty. If you want your jag sorting have no hesitation, get down to North Whales Jag Centre, Oops! I mean North Wales Jag Centre!Up date: One very wet Saturday afternoon Jag developed an odd engine malfunction which I thought was connected to filling with V power for the first time. Rang Jag Centre and they said could I get it straight over to them. Managed to limp it over to Llandudno and they attended to it there and then (half in the pouring rain!) as garage was choka block. Whatever they did only took half an hour or so and it has run sweetly since (touch wood!). Said probably not caused by V power but I probably won't use it again just in case. So it's a great thank you again to the Jag Centre for coming to the rescue on a Saturday afternoon. I always try to remember to "count your blessings " not moaning about your lot, but sometimes regretfully forget until reminded by an act of great service and kindness like I found at the Jag Centre!

Fuse went on car. By luck found this garage. Absolutely made up that he was open and could assist. Sorted it out without any hassle. Great service. Highly recommended..
