What a fantastic experience!!!! I was left in the capable hand of Danielle, she was very friendly and instantly offers me a cup of tea ... good start! I was shown around many cars in my price range and what fitted my needs, which was something we discussed over the tea. Danielle clearly knew what she was talking about and what was the best value for my money. Danielle made me feel in controll at all times and I did not feel rushed to make an on the spot decision. All in all very pleasant experience I will defiantly be going back in the future and would highly recommend to ask for Danielle.
Excellent customer service and pretty good coffee.Everyone I dealt with was attentive and efficient, particularly Arron who was very patient with me and took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.Sadly my new car got crashed in to and written off a few weeks after delivery but again, Arron and Chris were excellent with me. They did everything they could to give me the best deal they could and even ringing round other seat garages to find me a close replacement.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish with Lloyd at Seat. My knowledge of what I wanted didn't go far past the colour however Lloyd was able to talk me through the different models and took time at actually understand what I wanted from the car. I felt at ease and never pressured into buying. This made me confident when buying that I'd brought the right car. His knowledge was unbelievable. Lloyd made the whole process very easy and kept me well informed throughout. He even made sure that I was able to collect my new car and drive off the same day.
