Great service, no pressure to buy
A genuinely honest quality used car dealer. Returned a couple of months after buying a car from them because the locking wheel nut you would expect to find in the car was missing - absolutely no problems, went in following day, extremely helpful and friendly mechanic removed the old locking nuts with a special tool and put a new set on. I was half expecting the manager to say there was some kind of silly cost associated with this but absolutely not. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful instead and especially to my wife and daughter. It is for this small reason that when I plan to buy a car for myself and not my wife soon, it is here I will go. These small things make every difference, perhaps some of the big chains a cross the road could pop over for the day and learn a little on customer service and retention. I've bought many cars in 40 odd years and this has quite honestly been by far the best service and I highly recommend that you see for yourself. This company should have a side line in giving seminars to other car dealers on how to retain a customer.

Bought a Volkswagen Fox from them around a year ago, thought id wait a while before reviewing in case a problem cropped up after some months. The people were lovely, and the car came with no problems whats so ever. A year later and still no problems! will 100% go back for my next car if something i like pops up!
