This morning I found my back tyre was looking a little flat so I went to the nearest garage to pump it up. Air didn't seem to be going in and so I approached some gentlemen and asked if they could help me which they were happy to do. Turns out the valve was leaky and so they changed it, gave me a coffee while I waited. I asked what I needed to pay, but no charge was made. Professional, effiicent and courteous. Couldn't fault. Thanks to all who helped me.

I have had a Honda jazz for 3 yrs and it was a great reliable car. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are one of the most friendly and helpful staff around. Lovely showroom, toilets and disabled toilets and disabled access . They nearly always offer you a drink. The only reason i have not gone to them for my next car was that there prices increased way to much this year and will put off the customer. I will consider after the next 3 year's wether i go back. Also one other piont as a disabled driver my car was not hovered when it went in for last service, which many do as they have very strong and powerful hoovers to do the job and i will struggle badly.

All staff are extremely friendly and courteous and happy to help in any way they can. Very comfortable waiting area with hot drinks, biscuits and plenty to read. Recommended to my mum who is now the very happy owner of a Honda CR-V and the service received was second to none. They really do go the extra mile.
