As someone with a disability, I received excellent support and courteous service. Cost of the service and MOT were much as expected
Shocking service , booked a standard service with a courtesy car included. Went in told me to come in at 10am after a quick chat been told that they cant give me a courtesy car because I have 6 points on my licence ( even tho I received courtesy car on two services before that ) later Ive been told that the car would take 3 hours to be serviced , bit of a joke as traveled down to get it serviced . Service overall was the worstIve ever experienced for 156 pounds you expect slightly more , gave it a quick wash which I would prefer they wouldnt do as it looks worse than before and you can see couple of scratches from the automatic car wash .I hope everybody at Volkswagen are proud from the way they treat their customers and thats the last time I will ever get my car serviced or buy any car at the point or any other Volkswagen dealership.
