Stayed with a national coach trip feb 2019. Staff are a credit to the business friendly helpful and polite. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Only downfall lobby down stairs on and evening is cold there doesn't seem to be any radiators only a couple of heaters. However on the second day seemed a little warmer. As the hotel is on the sea front that may contribute to the cold. Hotel is facing the sea and the shops are 5 mins walk from the hotel. I'll definately stay again possibly another trip in the summer months as alot of the attractions are closed until March April time. A hotel worth staying at. The meals are of excellent portion sizes and a wide variety and a vegetarian option available. You won't go Hungary. Definately worth a stay. Bring some warm clothing as it is cold at this time of year.
Food fab. Staff very friendly. Rooms and bed good bathrooms let it down. Entertainment good. House keeping good would return again .
Nice hotel clean and friendly. Downside that furniture is a bit dated and worn. Carpet needed good clean in the room. Nice pool too. Food good.
I was worried after reading some reviews but there was no need as we really enjoyed our stay here, we were on a coaching holiday. Location brilliant for town centre & sea front. Room was nice, beds comfortable & shower very powerful. Meal times were very well organised & food delicious. All staff were friendly. All in all a great 4 days holiday sad when it ended.
Service in all areas was good. Cleanliness of room was good and bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was abysmal. Evening entertainment was good but I felt the beer selection in the bar was limited. Food in my opinion was average but the waiting staff were very good rumoured at all times. All in all a pleasant stay.
