Came away to attend a gig, so it was a last minute booking, had stunning views from our room, decent size as well. You can tell its a well lived hotel, and seen a few years but the staff were lovely, it was a great location. Would definetly recommend and visit again
One member of staff very helpful and friendly (Dave) the hotel is very run down but could be a nice hotel if money was put into repairs decor etc and PC was improve
Had a great turkey and tinsel weekend stay for the second year in a row. Don't expect much from the bedrooms, but if you're after great value for money, decent food, a few absolute characters, old fashioned entertainment and somewhere to go for a good laugh with a down to earth team, then this is the place to go!
Stayed 1nt, from check in to check out it was superb. Room was clean, staff were friendly. Especially David and a young lad who worked behind the bar. Excellent location and lovely sea view room. Would stay again.
Don't expect the Ritz you'll be very disappointed. It's like steeping back in time, the elevator is from times gone by, it's quirky to say the least. The room I stayed in was a double & was small. As it was for 1 night it was sufficient, prob a lil over priced if I'm honest. It was warm & clean. The staff have been lovely with me getting my charger back to me as I accidentally left it, oops. I didn't have a beach view room, however I did have one with a view of the mountains (behind Llandudno town's skyline). Parking is fun, I couldn't find their car park so I had to park on the front. Luckily it's free between 4pm(I think) to 10am the next day. I have no complaints about the hotel, it met my needs & the staff went above & beyond with my charger.
