Lovely afternoon tea with cakes and prosecco. Came away full and with a doggy bag!
Comfortable 4* hotel on the seafront. Welcoming staff lovely Sunday lunch and the Afternoon teas looked spectacular and were very popular with families.
I stayed in a single room, which was lovely but small. I contacted them before arriving and was told that I was on the third floor but at no time was I informed that their lift wasn't working. On arrival I was told but due to injury to my foot found it difficult climbing up three flights of stairs.I also advised them that I was vegan but there was next to nothing I could eat.My friend ordered a chicken burger and got 4 chicken strips in a bun! The food was definitely a let down. Another friend asked for granola and was left waiting over 20 minutes for it.Not what I would expect from this caliber of hotel.Wouldn't go again sorry
Been here for two wedding receptions. Ate a chicken dish at one of them, with the most delicious sauce! Compliments to the chef! The staff were all very smartly dressed, polite and seemed happy.
Stayed for a 3 night midweek break. Had a sea view room and half board basis. Everything was fab! The hotel is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly, helpful and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
