Had a lovely stay here. It's an old house with lots of lovely character the rooms are to match. Ensuite shower room. Tea & coffee in the room. Partial views of sea bay and Llandudno. Breakfast was delicious freshly made. Gluten and dairy free catered for:-) There's lots of stairs and extra steps so request a ground floor room if needed. The parking is free outside of the hotel at the top of the hill road.

Made to feel most welcome nothing too much trouble. Stayed as a couple with our dog. Breakfast fantastic room was lovely amazing views and fantastic welcoming staff. Would recommend to anyone to stay in hotel.
Fantastic views. Wonderful breakfast. Need to be fit as up a steep hill. Victorian hotel, original interesting windows, needs a little TLC. But would stay again
Very nice hotel.Nice rooms, with stunning views . Could be a problem if you've got limited mobility, as the hotel is on a hill , and doesn't have a lift .There again it's the hillside location that gives the amazing views.Has a small bar, open in evenings , and and a rather good breakfast .Definitely intend staying again .
